Best service food and drinks! Absolutely love this place. Great views and vibe.
This is the perfect spot to enjoy the Bund's night view while having a meal. They also have outdoor seating, making it absolutely wonderful for dining outside when the weather is nice in spring and autumn.
Service - all mechanical, no smiles, order-taker waitress May was rude when taking order. Food - all came out within 5-8 minutes. Nothing freshly prepared. Street Corn - covered with awful mayonnaise sauce. Horrible compared to street corn at Cheesecake Factory. Truffle fries - very good. BBQ ribs - meat was good and well cooked, but seasoning they put on is very poor quality. Mashed potatoes served with are very boring. Overall - poor service and bad food. If you want American food go to Cheesecake Factory or Texas Roadhouse - FAR better.
We came here with four adults and one child to celebrate Christmas, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant was decorated for the holiday season, and the music was pleasant but not too loud, which the kids enjoyed. The beef faffle teppanyaki arrived steaming hot, the meat tender and juicy; the grilled ribs were perfectly sweet and spicy, falling off the bone with just a touch. The kids' set meal was the perfect portion size, the fried chicken wasn't greasy, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The staff were friendly and proactively refilled our water and sauces; high chairs and cutlery were all provided. Overall, it was a relaxed and enjoyable place, a great spot for a holiday gathering.
