The Butterfly Spa in Shanghai isn't the most attractive I've visited, but its foot massage with a special mud infused with aromatic herbs leaves you with the pleasant sensation of flying rather than walking. The mud is applied while it's liquid and cold, but it quickly becomes hot and hardens. You remove it by breaking it up with your hands. The receptionist is very friendly, although the owner isn't quite as welcoming.
