I learned about it from ChatGPT. It's located on the 4th floor of a rather shabby shopping mall. I don't think reservations are necessary. Unlike Shanghai, where they usually charge for tea, they provide a free pot of tea. They have an English menu, and you order by writing directly on the menu paper. Everything was delicious; it was a wonderful dinner.
