I visited this sauna because it was highly ranked on Sauna Ikitai (a Japanese sauna review site). It was my first time experiencing a Korean-style sauna in Shanghai, and I was really impressed by the heat of the sauna room and the waterfall in the cold plunge pool. Furthermore, the Korean-style jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) and cold room on the third floor provided a truly relaxing experience. While Japanese and Chinese-style saunas are also good, I think the Korean style is definitely worth trying in Shanghai.
