Attended a business dinner at CPhI. This Huaiyang cuisine was amazing! Every dish was perfectly seasoned. The avocado, salmon, and lobster tower was crisp and delicious. The kidney beans were a crunchy vegetable, similar to a cactus. The giant freshwater prawns were quite large, and the sauce perfectly complemented their freshness. The roe in the prawn heads was rich and delicious. The clear soup lion's head meatballs were a bit disappointing; the fish-to-meat ratio was unbalanced, and the seasoning was slightly lacking. I didn't take a picture of this dish because it wasn't very good. The gluten stew was tasty, but it was overshadowed by the other dishes. The braised beef was very delicious, topped with fresh Parmesan cheese. The savory sauce and the salty cheese were a perfect combination. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't cold enough; after complaining, they said it was due to the mall's air conditioning. I'll definitely visit again next time.
It specializes in Huaiyang cuisine, and the taste is generally decent. My Chinese colleagues who went with me also liked the food and service. It is good because the seasoning is not too strong and it is not too sweet. It seems to be popular, as there were no seats available after around 6:30 PM.
Crab roe boils golden brown, its aroma mingling with the waves. The culinary delights of Shi Lu's sauces are simply divine. Savoring each bite brings a sense of happiness. The service is impeccable. Definitely worth a visit.
