Had chips with parmesan and truffle aoli and lamb chops. Delicious! $10 cocktails. Good service and atmosphere.

Found this place tucked away in an alley and wouldnt have even have known it was there except for one lone review on Google. Happy to say it was a great find, meal was excellent and the staff even gave us a desert on the house as well as a discount!

The city pulses with life, neon reflections dancing on the Huangpu River, the hum of scooters weaving through the streets, and the scent of sizzling street food drifting through the air. It’s a city that doesn’t sleep, and neither did we. After a day of exploring the vibrant lanes of the French Concession and marveling at the futuristic skyline from the Bund, we were ready to unwind. Not too far from our hotel, tucked into a lively little corner, we stumbled upon a spot that instantly felt like a win: Lavida. 🥂 Nightlife, Chief Style This little detour turned into one of the highlights of our Shanghai nights. If you’re ever in the area, Lavida is worth the visit, a perfect mix of taste, vibe, and value. Lavida wasn’t just a restaurant, it was a vibe. Locals mingled with travelers, laughter echoed from the bar, and the staff made us feel like regulars from the first round. It’s the kind of place you bookmark for next time, the kind you tell your mates about when they ask where to go in Shanghai. As we walked back to the hotel under the glow of lanterns and skyscrapers, we couldn’t help but smile. Shanghai had delivered. And Lavida? That was the cherry on top.
