Good food, recommend shrimp xialongbao and duck. Pineapple rice was soso, greasy and with curry. Sweet and sour pork had lots of fat and very little meat. In any case, good place to have some Chinese food for a reasonable price in the centre.
Excellent old style restaurant with traditional Shanghai dishes.
I visited this restaurant during a business trip. It’s conveniently located near Nanjing Road and easy to reach. The food presentation was nice, and the prices were affordable. I tried the half duck, mapo tofu, and a stir-fried vegetable dish. The flavors were decent but nothing particularly memorable—good, but not something that would make you crave a return visit. The restaurant itself was clean, and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive.
We love the crab shrimp soup and curry beef dumplings.
