The food isn't anything special, except for the lamb ribs and escargot. You're basically paying for the panorama that rotates around the tower's axis. Keep in mind that your visit is calculated as a total (panorama + restaurant) and is limited. You'll still need to go through security in between.
Had my first Wagyu at this spot when I was young and shy back then. I literally ate it cold because it still tasted good. After I managed my courage to speak up, nothing was done. Anyway 50$ dinner probably, but next time I'll be prepared.
