- No reservation is required. Guests may visit directly during operating hours
- Ticket usage time starts from check-in. Overtime charges may apply according to the venue’s policy
- Guests using overnight services after 22:00 must present a valid ID and complete registration at the front desk
- Guests are required to wear the bathrobe provided by the venue
- Photography and video recording are not permitted in the bathing area
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian
- Guests with contagious skin conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure, or other conditions unsuitable for hot spring use are advised not to enter
