Your English-speaking guide will pick you up from your downtown Shanghai hotel by Uber or Didi Taxi. The tour begins with a traditional Chinese massage, where you can choose between a full-body or foot massage. Additional wellness treatments such as hair washing, haircut, manicure, or facial treatments are available if requested at least 1 day in advance.
Following the massage, enjoy a guided walk through Zhangyuan and other Shikumen lanes. These stone-gated neighborhoods showcase Shanghai’s unique blend of Chinese and Western architecture and provide insight into the city’s historic residential life.
Next, visit the LV Boat, a modern architectural icon symbolizing Shanghai’s creative and fashion scene, and the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, the world’s largest Starbucks combining coffee culture with industrial design.
