Starting at 7:30 PM, follow your host through three distinctive bars on a three-hour journey where ancient Chinese mysticism collides with Shanghai’s bold, creative nightlife.
Your first stop is a Taoist-inspired divination bar filled with symbols, rituals and mystery. Order a cocktail and receive a traditional yellow talisman paper. Write down a question that has been keeping you awake—about love, career, wellbeing or an uncertain future. As the talisman is set alight in a symbolic ritual, watch the smoke rise and your reading unfold.
The drinks draw inspiration from Eastern flavors and the Taoist idea of yin and yang, bringing contrasting elements together in balance. Your host will stay with you throughout the experience, explain the cultural background and assist with translation.
The next two bars reveal a completely different side of the city: young, experimental and unmistakably Shanghai. Discover inventive cocktails where fresh fruit meets unexpected Asian flavors.
