Description
We hope that orders can be placed at least 24 hours ahead of the cut-off time, so that we can have more time to prepare and ensure a pleasant experience for you. At the appointed time, we will pick you up from the hotel and take you to City God Temple. Here, you can participate in a traditional incense offering ceremony. During the ceremony, you can offer incense to the City God, praying for peace, health, and prosperity. After visiting the temple, we will lead you to explore the Old Street, where you can do some shopping and immerse yourself in an atmosphere different from the fast-paced city. Next, we will visit Yu Garden, the foremost of Shanghai's five classical gardens. The garden features winding paths, elegant rockeries, and koi swimming in ponds. Jade stones and dragon-shaped walls add to its tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. However, since it is closed every Monday, please message us in advance if your tour falls on that day and we will adjust the itinerary for you. For lunch, we will take you to a local restaurant to savor local flavors like pan-fried buns and scallion oil noodles. Lunch is generally ordered by us. However, if you want to order your own meal, we can arrange that as well, but you should cover the cost yourself. After lunch, we will head to the Bund. Known as the 'Exposition of International Architecture', the Bund is lined with modern Western-style buildings of various designs. Here, you can stroll along the river bank and capture the iconic scene formed by the skyline and skyscrapers. Finally, we will go to the Shaolin Kung Fu Cultural Center, where you will learn Chinese Kungfu under the guidance of a master. The class will last for about one hour. During the class, you will start with Shaolin basics and learn fist techniques, boxing forms and footwork, experiencing traditional Chinese culture in an immersive way. At the end of the tour, the guide will drive you back to the hotel. As the above itinerary is for reference only, we can assist you to customize the itinerary if you want to visit other attractions instead of recommended ones. However, time will be adjusted and we need to settle the price when confirming the itinerary.Includes
