Try Chinese martial arts through practice in a private 2-hour class at Shanghai's Fuxing Park. A local master leads the session, with an English-speaking assistant supporting the explanations. No previous martial-arts experience is needed. FOLLOW THE MOVEMENTS Begin with breathing and slow Tai Chi movements, then try introductory Kung Fu stances. Follow the master's demonstrations and ask questions with the assistant's help. The session provides a hands-on introduction to both practices, rather than simply watching a performance. COME READY TO PRACTICE Loose practice clothing and bottled water are included. Wear comfortable flat shoes. The class takes place outdoors. If rain or extreme weather is expected, check your booking details for any update before traveling. MEET AT FUXING PARK Arrive 10 minutes before your booked start time at the park's main entrance, 516 Middle Fuxing Road. Look for the guide holding a small sign with your booking name and show your confirmation. The session ends back at the same park meeting point. Hotel transfers and tips are not included.
