Although it is not one of the old and famous hot pot brands, Yu Teng Fu adheres to the original taste of Chengdu hot pot - it employs the chefs who come from Chengdu and have the experience of over 20 years to prepare and fry the hotpot seasoning every day. Seasoning acts as the soul of hotpot soup, while spicy, hot and fresh is the outer forms. Chef shall prepare the hotpot seasoning with perseverance and consistency.
The restaurant adopts fresh food materials by air every day, and the top four dishes include arcus aortae, goose intestines, cattle stomach and duck intestines. The poultries and livestock are slaughtered and loaded on each morning in Chengdu, and then shipped to Shanghai by air; after they arrive at Shanghai in the afternoon, our special car will transport them to the Restaurant directly. Enjoy them together with the special dishes by the chefs, including beef, spiced crispy meat, special pork rib, caraway ball and mushroom ball.
