Day 1: Shanghai/Suzhou to Wuzhen Meet your guide at the Shanghai Hongqiao Station P9 parking lot or at the Lingering Garden in Suzhou. Begin your day with a visit to the Lingering Garden, one of China’s four famous gardens. Admire the garden’s architecture, which showcases the artistry and wisdom of ancient garden designers. Enjoy lunch on your own, sampling local Suzhou snacks. Then, explore Shantang Street, known for its canals and bridges, reflecting Suzhou’s water town charm. In the afternoon, head to Wuzhen, one of China’s top ten historical and cultural towns. Visit the West Scenic Zone, the essence of Wuzhen, with its cafes and bars exuding an artistic vibe. Have dinner on your own, tasting local Wuzhen snacks. In the evening, enjoy a night tour of the West Scenic Zone, experiencing a different charm of Wuzhen before checking into your hotel. Day 2: Wuzhen to Xitang to Hangzhou After breakfast at your hotel, visit the East Scenic Zone of Wuzhen, known as the cover of Jiangnan, preserving millennia of history and culture. Enjoy the picturesque water town scenery and unique local delicacies. Next, travel to Xitang, a thousand-year-old town, and enjoy a Jiangnan-style lunch. Explore the Xitang Scenic Area and the Rainy Corridor, maintaining the original ecology of the water town, known as a living ancient town. In the afternoon, head to Hangzhou, known as “paradise on earth.” Have dinner on your own. In the evening, visit Songcheng and watch the “Eternal Love” show, one of the world’s three famous shows, a must-see in Hangzhou. Day 3: Hangzhou/Shanghai After breakfast at your hotel, take a leisurely stroll around West Lake, Su Causeway, and Hefang Street. Enjoy lunch before ending your trip and being dropped off at the station.
