After walking 30 mins outdoors, Charter's Garden in Shanghai saved us in a hot and humid July noon. The menu is a typical western restaurant. The kids ordered different kinds of Pizzas. Adults ordered lunch sets of Sea bass and Shrimp pasta. Food tasted fresh and flavorful. Iced cold soda and ice tea reminded us the same hot Texas. Price was a little bit high but the restaurant ambience and service were totally worthy.
